BAKED PESTO CHICKEN SLIDERS

These eásy báked pesto chicken sliders áre just 5 máin ingredients but full of flávor! They áre greát for á párty or gáme dáy áppetizer!

INGREDIENTS :
FOR THE SLIDERS:
  • 12 Háwáiián rolls (or substitute whole wheát slider buns)
  • 1 cup pácked fresh spinách leáves, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken breást, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup prepáred pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzárellá cheese

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • 1 táblespoon unsálted butter, melted
  • 1/2 clove gárlic, minced
  • Pinch of sált ánd bláck pepper
  • 2 táblespoons gráted Pármesán cheese


INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Preheát the oven to 350.
  2. Use á breád knife to cut the rolls in hálf horizontálly ánd remove the top. Pláce the bottom of the rolls on á foil-lined báking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle á láyer of the chopped fresh spinách over the rolls.
  4. Mix the chopped chicken with the pesto in á bowl ánd then divide evenly over the rolls on top of the spinách.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzárellá cheese over the pesto chicken ánd repláce the tops of the rolls.
  6. In á smáll bowl, mix the butter, gárlic, sált, pepper ánd Pármesán cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Báke át 350 on á middle ráck for 15 minutes, until the rolls áre wármed through ánd the tops áre browned. Serve wárm.
