These raspberry vanilla medium-term oats are a simple, sound breakfast. Attempt this formula for a delightful sans gluten, vegetarian treat toward the beginning of the day.

This season, I truly need fast morning meals that are prepared when I wake up. The dull mornings make it so difficult to get up, however it's a little less demanding when I realize that a delightful breakfast is hanging tight for me first floor.

These raspberry vanilla medium-term oats are the ideal thing for conditions such as these. They're so natural to assemble around evening time. Toward the beginning of the day, they can be eaten directly out of the ice chest or warmed up quickly.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 tbs mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Stir together the coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add the oats and stir.
  2. Put half the oat mixture in the bottom of each jar, then add a layer of raspberries. Top with the remaining oatmeal and raspberries. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  3. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, these can be served cold, or you can heat them briefly on the stovetop. (Note: If you’re heating them, you may want to add the chocolate chips after they’ve been heated.)
